Wild Blueberry Smoothie
This is easy and packs a nutritional punch.
- 1 c. frozen blueberries (fresh just don’t work)
- 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt (Greek has more protein)
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1-2 Tblsp. honey
- 2-3 ice cubes
Combine all in blender or NutriBullet- makes one serving
