Wild Blueberry Smoothie

This is easy and packs a nutritional punch.

  • 1 c. frozen blueberries (fresh just don’t work)
  • 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt (Greek has more protein)
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1-2 Tblsp. honey
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Combine all in blender or NutriBullet- makes one serving
